Which house?
Ok. So things have been a little crazy and I need to know which house is cuter? :) The one below or MLS# 157488. I like things about both and I know the first one has more room with the option to finish the 3 bedrooms downstairs. We should know Monday if the bank will accept our offer...days are counting....32 days till I have to be packed and out! K, tell me what ya think!

Hey Missy! I think they are both really cute homes. I would go with bigger if you are having more kids anytime soon. Basements are good for reselling too. I love the master bath in the second one! Love the white cabinets. Both really Cute! Good Luck!
They are both nice. I too, love the master bath with the white cabinets. I also like the porch. I am not sure if I would like my bedroom upstairs though. I like main floor living. A basement, whether finished or unfinished is a great thing to have. Good luck. Hope you can get whichever one you want. Are they both in the same subdivision?? They both seem like nice houses, and BIG for you guys whichever one you choose. They are both bigger than mine and I have 4 kids! :)
Forgot to mention that I love the corner fireplace in the first one you showed us.
You should check ours out too! Its on the MLS #157579. We have only had it on the market for a few months and are thinking about taking it off, if my husband gets this new job then we will, but until then we have it listed. So, if your interested check it out, its finished, and the yard is done and fenced, and 3 car garage, in a WONDERFUL culdesac- thats the hardest part for me to leave our neighbors, I love them. ANyway its in Rigby but close to the interstate so not really a big deal, I go to IF all the time in like 5 mins. ANyway if you have any questions let me know!!! No presssure though, I just thought I would tell you!
